The location of the resort was great, right on the beach and in a gated community. The grounds were well-maintained and provided a safe environment. The unit we stayed in had easy beach access, with a boardwalk leading directly to the beach. However, the unit itself was dated and rundown, in need of a facelift.

We had a great value for our money and the room felt cozy and comfortable. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and the staff treated us wonderfully.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement.

The location of Mainsail I was perfect for our vacation, just steps away from the beach and close to all the attractions. The room layout was well-designed and spacious, providing us with plenty of comfort and relaxation. We also enjoyed the great views from our balcony and the comfortable beds. Despite a few minor issues with the carpet and the dim lights, we still felt at home and had a wonderful time.

The beachfront location was perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable, with modern furnishings. Mae at the front office provided amazing service. Plenty of space to relax in and beautifully decorated rooms.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I recently stayed at a beautiful resort with a perfect beach. The gated entrance and 24/7 security made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay. The pools and overall complex were well maintained, providing a great family-friendly environment. The location was also fantastic, as it was close to the outlets, grocery stores, and other attractions. The beds were comfortable, and the spacious unit had a great view of the pool and ocean. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the musty smell upon arrival and the presence of carpet at the beach, I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this resort to others. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back in the future.

The location of the apartment was excellent, as it was close to all the attractions and amenities. The beds were really comfortable, with a king bed and two twin beds available. The spaciousness of room 371 was also a plus, and we had a great view of the pool, hot tub, neighborhood, and ocean from both the balcony and the entrance door. The security measures in place were satisfactory, and the check-in and check-out processes were easy and convenient.

The only downside was the carpet, as it was not up to par with the rest of the apartment.
